Walking in NYC

We took a day trip to NYC. I was busy taking care of kids in one of the busiest cities in the world, so I barely got to take photos... I found a cool colorful building. (Allen was maybe looking at me like, "um, walk faster." So I was in a hurry, and the building isn't even in focus on the photo. ahhh!) <--- This pretty much sums up my day in NYC.

ニューヨークへ日帰り旅行。物凄い人ごみの中で、子供達の世話に追われて、写真どころではなかったのですが・・・カラフルなビルを見つけました。 でも、アレンはドンドン歩いていくし、でも写真は撮りたいしで、結局やっと撮れた写真はアレンにフォーカスしてしまった。（一日中こんな感じでしたー。）


The subway was Seiju's favorite part of NYC.

聖樹はもちろん地下鉄が一番大好き。








Seiju said that the trains were not as "clean and new" as the ones in Japan. I guess kids are honest...

「東京の電車のほうが綺麗だね・・・」っと子供の正直な意見。


Taisei's favorite in NYC was chasing the pigeons. I have to remember to bring some bird feed next time!

大生が一番うれしそうだったのは鳩を追いかけている時でした。田舎には鳩がいないのです。


Brooklyn Bridge! It was so beautiful!!

ブルックリンブリッジ。すごく綺麗でした！





Of course, we had to get hotdogs, but they were really gross. If anyone knows where to get good street food or cheap food in NYC, please let me know!

ニューヨークと言えば、ホットドッグでしょう！っと思い食べてみたけれど、本当にまずかったです。ニューヨークで美味しい屋台や安くて美味しい場所を知っている方がいたら、是非教えてください！
