Leaves

I don't know why playing with huge piles of leaves make us so happy, but it does! It's that time of the year that we get to jump into mountains of dry leaves! Seiju is entertained for hours just to play with leaves. Who needs toys??

Making art with leaves is always awesome!

Growing

Allen took this photo of my tummy, and I love it! So I wanted to share it with you. I am surely growing as the person in my tummy grows... I love feeling the baby move in my tummy. (although sometimes it is almost painful.) I have about 2 months left of my pregnancy, but we can hardly wait to see this little one. Also I can't imagine getting any bigger than I am now. I feel like some kind of huge creature...

More Fishing

One of my friends really wanted a fishing set on this post for her little boy. I love fish and love making them!! I also managed to make a little fishing basket so kids can learn to put away their toys. (wishful thinking in my part, perhaps...) I might make more of these buckets for my fabric scraps... I guess I just can't stop making things.

Following Autumn

We are following autumn lately. We can't resist but to go into the forest or hike on a trail to be in the beautiful colors that surround us. I get blinded by those colors often when I am just driving the country roads. Soon the leaves are going to fall and the long and cold winter will start... What are your autumn looks like?
I hope you are enjoying it!!

Halloween Day

We carved our pumpkins and got ready for the magical night. I think getting ready for Halloween is my favorite part of the holiday!

The pumpkin smiles!

Hippie Papa and Leopard Seiju, ready to go trick & treating. I hope you had a fun Halloween!!

An Autum Day

Colors are turning more colorful. One cloudy Saturday, we went to our favorite orchard, Brown's to pick their beautiful apples.

They were like huge jewels on the trees.

There were a lot of picking, laughing, and munching among three of us on this cloudy Saturday.

Now what should I make with 30 lbs of gorgeous apples? Apple pies are definitely in order, I think.

Abdullah

Seiju still insists on naming the baby Abdulla. So when I finished making the baby doll for him, the name was of course Abdulla.
Seiju loves taking off the baby's clothes. But I guess this will be a good practice for him to change baby's diapers. I am going to put Seiju to work.

I hope he will be a good brother. We shall see...
